Wave Crest Gone With the Wind Lamp

Antique Wave Crest glass lamp. The lamp measures 33" tall to the top of the hurrincane. The glass base measures 20" tall to the fount is 24" and the metal base is 7" diameter. The lamp base is hand enameled in yellow raised pattern center and the florals are applied and hand colored. I do not have a matching globe at this time, wish I did! Of course there are many globes that will match back just would like to repeat the daisy, dot or floral pattern. The lamp has been more recently electrified with a switch on the base. This is a large and unusual piece for Wave Crest. The lamp base is perfect, the fount has one small chip at the top of the rim where it meets the brass fount. It is an old chip and the structure is sound. Please refer to photos. The piece is legal antique and dates 1890-1900. Opague white glassware manufactured by the Pairpoint Manufacturing Company of New Bedford, Massachusetts, and some French factories. It was decorated by the C.F. Monroe Company of Meriden, Connecticut. The glass was painted in pastel colors and decorated with flowers. The name Wave Crest was used after 1898.
